Beingpart of a growing billion dollar travel industry, we already have millions in our revenue and a team of a hundred people with offices in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Mexico City, and we keep expanding.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR Director to lead our HR initiatives worldwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and implementing effective talent strategies in multicultural and hybrid/remote work environments. Experience in startups and scaling organizations will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our international expansion.
  • Lead staffing and hiring efforts across different regions, ensuring a seamless process that attracts top talent.
  • Implement innovative employee retention and engagement programs tailored to a diverse, multicultural workforce.
  • Oversee the training and development of our team, ensuring continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
  • Manage people operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best practices in all regions of operation.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture, particularly in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop HR policies that support the company's rapid growth and dynamic nature.
  • Leverage experience in both startup environments and scaling businesses to guide HR strategies and practices.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve complex HR issues with sensitivity and fairness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Global HR Director or a similar senior HR role, ideally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience in developing HR strategies for remote or hybrid work settings across different continents and time zones.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation and HR best practices in various international regions.
  • Strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing startup environment, with experience in scaling organizations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
