We're on the lookout for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to spearhead and refine all facets of our Meta Ads operations. This role will play a key part in maximizing our online presence, aligning acquisition strategies with our business objectives, and streamlining advertising campaign efficiency on Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Meta Ads strategies to drive targeted leads and maximize ROMI.
  • Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, creative optimization, and performance analysis, to enhance user acquisition and engagement.
  • Continuously generate creative ideas, develop technical briefs for designers, and test creatives to improve campaign performance.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve campaign objectives while maximizing ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align Meta Ads strategies with overall business objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure Meta Ads campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in-depth experience with Meta Ads, autonomously managing and scaling campaigns with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven track record in developing Meta Ads strategies and achieving substantial performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze data trends and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Profound understanding of GA4 and GTM; experience with Tableau or Power BI will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, RTB advertising, and DSP platforms will be a plus.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.
