Voyagu is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for establishing and leading a team of recruiters across Europe and LATAM. This role is central to achieving our recruitment targets and optimizing performance metrics to support our expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of recruiters in Europe and LATAM, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic hiring objectives.
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy to meet Voyagu's ambitious hiring goals.
- Recruitment Execution: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics to assess team performance and recruitment process efficacy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in global talent acquisition.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing a geographically dispersed team.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes.
- Performance Management: Proficiency in establishing, tracking, and meeting recruitment metrics and performance targets.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
- Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapt strategies as needed.
